We are looking for a competitive field sales representative to represent our company. We will provide you with the tools and knowledge to support and educate our customers with all of their questions and needs. The Fields Sales involve developing sales strategies and attracting new clients, on-site or virtual roofing measuring, quoting jobs, in-home or virtual sales presentations to our customers, and of course making our customers feel supported during the entire process while also being educated and communicated of everything going on with their project. The successful salesperson will source new sales opportunities and close sales to achieve quotas.

• Research and know our competition to develop differentiation Strategies
• Work with management in order to meet goals, understanding company’s core values and communicating to all team members with respect
• To Use all the tools provided to succeed, being open to learn and asking for help when need it and in a timely manner
• To manage time efficiently, plan daily and weekly task reporting to the lead at the end of the day
• To Protect and Maintain proprietary information and all the company’s marketing materials and equipment provided by the company

We are hiring a high energy, friendly and very well spoken Customer Service Representative to be part of our family! Main Objective: To manage and ensure customer customer satisfaction, providing support, answer to their questions and solutions to their problems and needs.

You will also be asked to process orders, modifications, and escalate complaints across a number of communication channels. To do well in this role you need to be able to communicate fluently over the phone and have experience working with computers.

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

• To Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times while over the phone or in person, Responding promptly to their inquiries
• To Listen and Communicate with customers through various channels, while acknowledging and resolving customer complaints and needs. This communication should be transfer to our internal partners and coworkers
• To Learn about our products and our processes inside and out to provide accurate and timely information
• To Process orders, forms, applications, and requests. keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
• To Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
• To Manage a team of junior customer service providers.

Customer Service Representative Requirements:

• Fluent English and Spanish (Speaking, reading and writing)
• High energy attitude and outgoing
• Ability to stay calm while dealing with customers.
